Whether your thoughts or things around you are out of control it still comes down to your emotions and even your awareness of your thoughts and emotions.

Some meditators say it’s about controlling your thoughts and emotions but most will say it’s more important to be aware of those as they start to develop so you can see how they develop and let them unwind naturally.

With all the politics on TV and a new election and Presidential transition in motion, it seems everyone has their own opinion and some don\’t understand why you don\’t see or agree with their viewpoint.
